I know i haven’t posted a cigar review in awhile but you can blame that on all the work i have doing on the Shop. The shop is now fully functional and carries a great selection of humidors, cutters, hygros, etc.
A few months back i had reviewed the RP Edge Maduro but since the Corojo and Maduro have such different flavor profiles i figured I would write a review for the Corojo as well. This cigar is blended with all ligero long fillers for a more robust and stronger flavor. I just don’t think the Edge is very strong even though they are classified as such. The appearence of this cigar is nice, the wrapper has a nice oily sheen with very little veins protruding.
The light up has great flavors of ceadar and leather. Overall the cigar is pretty good, the Edge are my favorite smokes for RP besides the Old World Reserve. I would recommend this stick to anyone with medium to full tastes.
I am the Chief Editor of In The Humidor and have been running this site since 2007! I enjoy a great cigar with friends and just hanging around the house. I have 3 beautiful daughters and a wonderful wife, we live in the Dallas, Tx area. I also enjoy a good bourbon, craft beer, and absolutely love the ocean and beach.
