Gurkha, Gurkha, I know… Most people think of Gurkha in much of the same way they think of Graycliff: A way overpriced $4-$5 cigar. I agree on certain cigars but this one is different. I love the perfecto shape and the way it feels in your hand. These cigars are sold for varying prices online from a couple of different vendors. I took some pictures of the cigar as I was smoking it last night but for some reason they didn’t turn out good at all so I will have to get some later.
The cigar well made and felt heavy in the hand. The pre light smells were of toffee and chocolate. The cigar already comes with an opening at the end so there is no need to clip the head. As I lit it the aromas were even stronger of chocolate and some earthiness was coming through.
The first third I was getting some pepper and earth. As the cigar progressed it became more and more full in flavor until the last third exploded with toffee and chocolate. What a great cigar it turned out to be. I will definetly be looking for some more of these. I would recommend these to the cigar smoker who likes full flavorded medium bodied smokes.

I am the Chief Editor of In The Humidor and have been running this site since 2007! I enjoy a great cigar with friends and just hanging around the house. I have 3 beautiful daughters and a wonderful wife, we live in the Dallas, Tx area. I also enjoy a good bourbon, craft beer, and absolutely love the ocean and beach.
